Cost Estimator
We calculate savings for clients’ existing homes by having them give us data on their current heating bills for a 1 year period, then do a cost comparison and energy analysis with the geothermal on a program that takes their current BTU's of heat used for a 1 year period whether it's with propane, fuel oil, or natural gas, and calculates how many KW's of electricity would be needed running a geothermal system to output the same amount of BTU's of heat. More often than not, a payment on a loan combined with their geothermal heating costs comes out to be less than what they are currently paying for heating fuel monthly, thereby generating an instant positive monthly cash flow, with a very good return on their investment, especially now with the federal government tax credit and utility rebates available. On new construction, we use the average fuel rates in the clients area to project the operating costs of different types of systems, and what their payback in years is on the difference of installing a conventional fossil fuel system versus a geothermal system.
If you would like a budget estimate for installing a new geothermal system in your residence please fill out the following information to the best of your knowledge and we will get back to you promptly.
